We are going to have an absolutely wonderful weekend, but it looks like a pattern change may be coming are way...
Tomorrow will be rainy in the morning but it should clear out for the afternoon. Then Saturday will likely be the warmest day since October as high temperatures will reach the mid 70's!
Sunday will be nice but slightly cooler then Monday looks to be a bit of a washout. The latest model runs have increased the potential for heavy rain and thunderstorms. I am not sure yet whether we will see any strong thunderstorms, but time will tell.
Next should be nice with just the potential of a few showers for your Tuesday. Then next weekend another potential washout scenario may set up similar to this Monday.
It appears that we are undergoing a pattern change. Well not really a change we just kind of had a break from the old pattern of above average precipitation and below average temperatures. Unfortunately, this pattern that we have been stuck with for nearly 3 years of drought in the west and copious precipitation in the east is coming back and will likely last into the Summer.
So yes, I do think we are in for yet another wet and humid Summer.
