Its about to get cold...
Tonight many areas will see there first freezes and frost. New York City shouldn't get much colder than the mid to upper 30s so I think that the frost will be fairly patchy. Nevertheless, everyone should bring in there plants because even patchy frost can kill. Even as the day goes on it won't warm up much with highs struggling to get out of the 40s.
Tomorrow night is when it will be coldest. I expect widespread frost in NYC and freeze for most of the coverage area. Far inland areas will have a hard freeze with lows well into the 20s.
The chance of snow looks to have decreased. It may be cold enough but it doesn't look like we will have the moisture to support precipitation. Here is a look at the chance of snow.
If we do see any snow we will see between tomorrow afternoon and Monday afternoon.
