95L definitely will not develop into anything, and the only affect will be some rain in Mexico.
In the predictable future, there are no signs of tropical development. For now, dry air coming from northern Africa is preventing tropical waves from moving across the Atlantic. As we head into July and August, analogs suggest that conditions should improve.
Don't let the tropical activity hiatus fool you, this season has still started out very active with four named storms and a hurricane. For now, I'm pretty happy with my hurricane season forecast, which can be found at the bottom of the tropics page. I am a little worried that my major hurricane number might be too high.
There aren't any signs for any type of notable weather event on the models. Some parts of Minnesota and Wisconsin will be under an enhanced risk tomorrow, but that's about it.
