Tropical Storm Colin will make landfall east of Tallahassee within the next few hours. Colin isn't looking so good as the wind shear has really gotten to him. Because of this, winds will be slightly weaker.
Here's a look at the latest cone out of the NHC. Tropical storm warning have been posted for much of the southeast coast.
Colin will race out to sea this week and shouldn't affect the Northeast. However, Newfoundland could get hit by Colin as an extra tropical storm Wednesday into Thursday. Newfoundland is outside of the NHC cone, but a decent amount of hurricane models show a hit in Newfoundland.
The tropics should quiet down over the next few days and go to more typical June activity.
