A major warm up is coming our way!
Tonight will be not nearly as cold as the last two nights with lows in the 30s and 40s.
Tomorrow through Thursday we will have a major warm up with highs in the 60s and 70s.
The next ten days look pretty quiet weather wise. Temperatures will fluctuate but I don't expect any storms.
I have found that the weather is always interesting on Halloween. We've seen hurricanes, snow and even severe storms on Halloween. This year will be no exception as a very interesting setup is developing.
A strong cold front will likely move through between October 28th and November 2nd. The models are hinting that a storm could ride along this front potentially impacting the eastern United States. The GFS model tracks the storm inland bringing heavy rain and wind for us. The Canadian model shows something a little bit more interesting with some type of extra tropical/hybrid system hitting us.
The specifics and whether a storm will hit is unknown. We will just have to wait and watch as the models figure things out.
